 [Abstract] The present invention provides a cosmetic patch which can contain one of a water-soluble vitamin and a fat-soluble vitamin therein, particularly when the vitamin is vitamin C. Contains and retains vitamin C while avoiding vitamin C spoilage due to oxidation or hydrolysis and does not cause gel deterioration, and has the desired level of adhesion; cosmetic patches that can effectively deliver vitamin C from the cosmetic patch into the skin Method of use; and a cosmetic patch package for storing a cosmetic patch therein. The present invention relates to a cosmetic patch which incorporates vitamins into hydrophilic oxyalkylene segments and hydrophobic alkylene oxide segments and has most or all of these segments in liquid form at normal temperatures. It is obtained in a viscous polyurethane gel.
