"Sesame open" box is a new design concept of corrugated box packaging, that is, easy to open the corrugated box. The outer structure of the carton is not significantly different from that of ordinary corrugated boxes. The key process is to paste a tearing tape inside the corrugated box, and leave a small opening outside the carton. When opening the carton, as long as the opening is along the tearing tape, the carton can be opened without any tools to show the packaging items.
Compared with the ordinary carton production process, a high-performance, self-adhesive tear tape is added to the surface of the corrugated box, and a corresponding tear is designed for the tear tape, so that users can open the carton without the help of external forces, and the tear is beautiful, and does not affect the product display effect.
The tear adhesive tape for easy opening of cartons consists of a modified tensile polypropylene backing combined with a natural rubber adhesive. Natural rubber adhesives provide excellent initial stickiness, excellent tear resistance and strong adhesion on different material surfaces. The tear tape used in the production of corrugated boxes is generally a scroll winding structure. According to the width of the torn tape, the general width ranges from 3mm to 20mm, and the length of a roll of tape is about 40,000 meters. Long reel packaging can reduce the number of times to replace the new reel, which can improve production efficiency.
